Terms of Service — RX PRULE

These Terms of Service govern the commercial and operational aspects of the relationship between the user and RX PRULE, complementing — without replacing — the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Contracting or use of the service implies full acceptance of these Terms.

1. Service object

RX PRULE provides:

The service does not include the supply, distribution, or sale of audiovisual content of any nature, as expressly declared in the Terms of Use.

2. Free evaluation

Every first-time registered device receives 7 days of free evaluation, with no cost and no payment method required. At the end of the period, the user freely decides whether to contract the annual license to continue.

3. Payment

Available methods: the accepted payment methods are presented on the checkout screen at the time of contracting. They may include automatic confirmation (instant) and/or manual approval upon proof submission, depending on current operational availability.

Currency and taxes: the currency, applicable taxes, and final amount are displayed at the time of contracting, considering the user's region and applicable tax rules.

Tax document: issued according to the contracted modality and tax legislation of the place of operation.

Renewal: there is no automatic charge. Renewal depends exclusively on a new statement by the user.

Security: RX PRULE does not store complete credit card data; processing is carried out through certified payment operators that maintain recognized security standards (PCI-DSS or equivalent).

5. Cancellation and account deletion

The user may terminate use of the service at any time, with no penalty, no commitment, and no need for justification. Definitive deletion of the account and associated data is performed upon request to the Contact channel, observing legal retention periods for tax information.

Software updates are made available free of charge during the license term. Updates may be mandatory for security fixes or regulatory compliance.

8. Availability and distribution

RX PRULE is distributed as cross-platform software. Availability in each official store (Google Play, Android TV, LG webOS, Samsung Tizen, Amazon Appstore, Fire TV, and others) is subject to each platform's policies. Availability and compatibility information can be requested via the Contact channel.

Service continuity may be affected by external factors (store policies, regulatory requirements, decisions by third-party platforms), in which cases RX PRULE acts diligently to preserve user experience, without, however, being liable for restrictions imposed by third parties.

9. Institutional cooperation and intellectual property

RX PRULE cooperates with legitimate copyright holders, public authorities, and regulatory bodies, upon formal request and within the limits legally required. The formal notification procedure is described in the Terms of Use, "Notice & Takedown" section.

Intellectual property infringements attributable to the user may result in license suspension without right to refund, without prejudice to other applicable sanctions.

10. Commercial limitation of liability

The total liability of RX PRULE to the user, in any case, is limited to the amount actually paid for the license in force at the time of the triggering event. This limitation does not apply to direct damages proven to result from willful misconduct or gross negligence by RX PRULE, within the limits permitted by applicable law.

11. Amendments to these Terms

Relevant changes will be communicated at least fifteen days in advance through the application. Continued use after the effective date implies tacit acceptance.
